Cafe Bienville is a casual, fun, counter-service cafe (no, we do not have table service). We have an eclectic menu featuring Seafood Gumbo, Red Beans with Andouille and rice, sandwiches, salads and vegan items. Our daily specials tempt you to try something new. We have espresso drinks, New Orleans chicory coffee, gelato made in house, and Italian style sodas made to your specifications. On weekends we feature Beignets smothered in powdered sugar. Right on Boggy Bayou on Bayshore Drive, we are only five miles from Eglin's East Gate. We offer Call-Ahead Carryout for a short lunch break or dinner on the way home .

Groups are welcome. Actors, artists, and writers- Cafe Bienville is the place to promote your talents. We are thrilled to have many fabulous artists displaying their talents on our walls, and it's all for sale with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the artist. Space is available for small stage productions, gallery space, and public readings of poetry and prose.
